Tournament Team Placement Mid-Summer Meltdown
By checking out, you are committing to registration of your team for this event. Please be sure you understand the rules and restrictions including roster size before team registration. A waiver is required by ALL players before game start, but not at sign-up. You are required to provide a list of rostered players and emails 30 days before event start date.
The cost of this event for team registration is $600. After registration completion, a FBL team member will reach out to you for payment based on your selected payment type. If not paid in full, a non-refundable deposit of $150 will be required. Your balance as well as individual rostered player waivers will be due before OR by the start of the event. If not paid in full by event start time, a penalty will be assessed to your team for your first game. If player's waivers are not complete before game time, that specific player will not be allowed to play. Your team will be disqualified if not paid in full by their first game. No Exceptions.
